Dr. Rivera is a visionary health equity leader, LGBTQ+ advocate, and award-winning entrepreneur building the future of workplace inclusion through technology. As the Founder & CEO of inclusiviQ, he leads the creation of the world’s first all-in-one DEI HR platform focused on LGBTQ+ inclusion, trans allyship, and policy-driven culture transformation.

With over two decades of experience spanning clinical care, academia, and public health, Dr. Rivera brings a powerful intersection of expertise and lived experience to his work. His background as a gay Latinx founder, coupled with service on multiple nonprofit boards centered on LGBTQ+ equity and youth empowerment, grounds inclusiviQ in both community advocacy and enterprise strategy.

He is also the founder of Elation Physical Therapy, a nationally recognized, LGBTQ+-affirming practice known for pioneering inclusive care models for underrepresented and marginalized communities.

An international best-selling author and children’s book writer, Dr. Rivera uses storytelling to advance visibility, empathy, and inclusion across generations. His work continues to shape national conversations around identity, equity, and organizational accountability.
